A cooperation between CPR Don Bosco Vöcklabruck and Jochen Neustifter, Jo's Restaurant in Vorchdorf, with support from the European Capital of Culture Bad Ischl Salzkammergut 2024. 37 students of the 3rd year of CPR Don Bosco Vöcklabruck, four teachers — Elfriede Waldhör, Michaela Schachinger, Michaela Kreuzer, Christine Lahninger and Jochen Neustifter leave the partially lost Resurrect tavern culture in the Salzkammergut.

In 2024, we will open the doors of the former Rosenkranzwirt in Gmunden and the Moserei in Scharnstein for several days. We will put our acquired knowledge into practice and take care of everything — from planning, organization, calculation to menu design and, of course, service and preparation of the delightfully created dishes. Traditional regional cuisine should be combined with new cuisine and innovative concepts.
